1.            THAT ...................., the above-named deceased, died on the 19^th day of March 2000 at Nairobi intestate without any known spouse, issue, parent, grandparent, brother, sister, uncle or aunt of the whole or half blood or their issue or any other person entitled in priority to share in his estate by virtue of any enactment.
