NOTES

*(1)   A company that is both a limited company and public company may be registered only with a name that ends with the words “Public Limited Company” or the abbreviation “PLC”.

(2)     A company that is both a limited company and a private company may be registered only with a name that ends with the word “Limited” or the abbreviation “Ltd”.

(3)     If the name is reserved, the reservation remains in effect for 30 days after notification of the reservation or for such extended period, not exceeding 60 days, as the Registrar of Companies may allow.
